We are usually fully booked for the summer season, so please call 518-563-5698 or email MarineVill@AOL.COM as early as possible (preferably before January) to make your reservations. A one-third deposit is required at time of reservation with the remainder due upon arrival.

Travel Trailer Sites (by the season only)
Renter supplies their own travel trailer. There are 45 sites on our property. At this time, we have only one site open. It would fit a 30’ unit nicely.
Seasonal rate is $3,100 per season. Renter separately pays for utilities (electricity, oil, gas, etc.). A $500 deposit is due at booking with the balance due in two payments: May 1 – $1,300.; July 2 – $1,300.
Mobile Home Lots (by the month)
Renters supplies their own mobile home. There are 10 lots at Marine Village, with most lots available year-round.
Monthly rental is $275. Renter pays his own utilities.
